Managing Your Order & Notification Settings

Your Settings page is where you can make Pengine work the way you want. From deciding when orders head to production to choosing which updates land in your inbox, here’s how you can set things up in just a few clicks.

Order Settings

Send to Production

You’re in control of when your orders are sent to production. Choose the option that fits your workflow best:

• Manual
  Send orders to production yourself, whenever you’re ready.
  Perfect if you like to double-check everything before it goes out.

• Automatic After Delay
  Let Pengine handle it for you — orders will automatically be sent to production after the delay you set (for example, 1 hour).
  Great if you want a short buffer to review orders without slowing things down.

• Automatic at Scheduled Time
  Pick a time of day, and Pengine will send all orders to production in one go.
  Ideal if you want to batch orders and make just one payment per day.

When you’re happy with your choice, don’t forget to hit Update Order Settings so it sticks!

Shipping Tier

Here’s where you choose your default shipping option (like Standard).
This sets the pace for all your orders unless you change it for a specific one.

Notification Settings

Stay in the loop without being overwhelmed. Toggle on the updates you care about most:

• Order In Progress Alert
  Know the moment your order starts being worked on.

• Order Shipping Alert
  Get a heads-up (plus tracking info!) when your order is on its way.

• Order Cancellation Alert
  Be notified right away if an order is canceled for any reason.

Flip the switches on or off depending on what kind of news you want in your inbox.

These settings make running your store a little smoother — giving you control, saving you time, and making sure you’re never caught off guard.
